In Passing
From the French ‘en passant,’ In Passing is a philosophical and social exploration of how people exist in the same spaces without interacting. Like two pawns in a game of chess, we stumble by and never acknowledge those in our presence. Of the four images, three chronicle the day off a different person around the same house, and then, when pulled together, they create one overarching narrative, making the more mundane aspects of existence more visually interesting.
